• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in is not possible outside these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is collected at check-in; it is refunded at check-out if no damage is found after the villa inspection.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Requests below this period may incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Short Stay Fee: An additional fee of 3,000 TL applies to reservations below the minimum stay period.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean; cleaning is free once a week. Additional cleaning and linen changes are subject to a fee.
• Pool and Garden Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily; due to the natural environment, insects and flies may be present.
• Privacy: Although the pool is secluded, a 100% non-visible guarantee is not provided; there is a 5% chance of visibility.
• Pets: Pets are not accepted.
• Children Policy: It is a child-friendly villa; a high chair and baby crib can be provided upon request.
