Nestled in the unique nature of Kalkan, this luxury sea-view villa offers a comfortable holiday for up to 8 guests. Ideal for large families and groups of friends, it features 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with two single beds) and 4 bathrooms. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet, with an additional shared toilet for convenience.

• View & Garden: The sea-view setting features a sunken gazebo, dining table, and an ideal environment for barbecue evenings.
• Amenities: All needs are considered, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, towels and bed linens, and a high chair.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 10,000 TL is required; this amount is doubled for groups of friends.
• Short Stays: A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL applies to reservations shorter than 5 nights.
• Extra Bed: For approved stays exceeding capacity, an extra bed fee of 3,000 TL applies.
• Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Additional Services: Services such as mid-stay cleaning (3,500 TL), extra cleaning, transportation, and staff are subject to charges.
• Rules: Guests beyond the villa's capacity are not accepted; events are permitted, and the property is child-friendly.
