General Terms & Conditions
We kindly ask you to consider the following rules and important information to ensure a smooth stay.
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Deposit: A deposit of 7,000 TL is required.
- Minimum Stay: The minimum stay is 5 nights.
- Short Stays: An additional fee of 3,000 TL applies for short stays.
- Children & Pets: The villa is suitable for families with children. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed, with an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
- Security: The site entrance is monitored by 24-hour security cameras. Our office is located within the site.
Note: Between May 1, 2026, and October 15, 2026, breakfast service in the common area is included in the price. If breakfast is served to the villa, a daily service fee of 1,000 TL applies. A floating fruit tray for the pool can be sent upon request for 3,000 TL during the same period. In case of bad weather in October and April, complimentary service to the villa is provided.
