Simon Villa

Our rental summer villa, Simon, is located in the Islamlar Village of the Kalkan district, Kaş, Antalya. This holiday rental villa features one bedroom and accommodates 2 guests. Designed specifically for honeymoon couples, the Simon villa includes a private jacuzzi. Nestled in nature, our villa is fully secluded and suitable for conservative honeymooners. It is also available for daily rentals and enjoys a serene natural setting.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, air conditioning, a makeup area, an LCD TV, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, built-in oven, four-burner stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, and a full set of cutlery, plates, knives, and pans.

Living Room

The living room features a seating group, television, satellite receiver, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, direct access to the pool area, and a modem.

Pool

The property includes a private swimming pool and a shallow pool. Amenities include sun loungers, a parasol, a barbecue, a dining table, a seating group, and a hammock.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, situated in natural surroundings, undergo regular pest control. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the environment. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Status: While our villas feature secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility. A 5% margin of exposure should always be considered.
