Conservative, Jacuzzi & Budget-Friendly Villa

Located in İslamlar, Kalkan, Villa Sultan offers a sun terrace with nature and sea views, plus a private swimming pool that is not visible from outside—making it ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms.

The master suite features a large, beautiful jacuzzi, where guests can easily unwind and leave behind the year’s stress. Kalkan center is 8 km away, reachable by car in about 10–12 minutes. The garden terrace includes sun loungers, a barbecue, a pergola, table and chairs, and an outdoor shower. Surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, and various greenery, the villa enjoys a naturally decorated setting.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Suite with nature and sea views, 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Suite with nature and sea views, 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.
• Bedroom 3 (Living Room Floor): 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet are just outside the room.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and toilets in total.

Kitchen

Modern American kitchen with nature view (pool floor), equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinner set, pans, pots, cutlery, knives, etc.

Capacity: Maximum 6 guests.

Living Room

With nature view (pool floor), seating group, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioning, sink, iron, ironing board, and direct access to the poolside.

General Terms

• Check-in – Check-out: Check-in for all our villas is at 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. Since cleaning takes place in between, we cannot assist if you arrive earlier than your check-in time. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is collected at check-in. If no damage, breakage, or loss occurs, the deposit is refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure.
• Minimum Stay – Extra Cleaning Fee: If requests below the minimum stay duration are accepted, an extra cleaning fee applies.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and cleaning is done free of charge once a week. If you request additional cleaning, our staff will handle it, and new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are provided for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed. Nevertheless, butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may be present in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility; there is always a 5% margin in these villas.
