Summery Villa

Summery Villa is a secluded, conservatively styled villa located in a central area of Kalkan, nestled in nature. Featuring a private jacuzzi and sauna, this villa is meticulously decorated for honeymoon couples. It offers 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. The villa is situated very close to the town center.

Check-in & Check-out

Please note that there are approximately 30 steps between the parking area and the villa entrance. The living room includes a seating group, air conditioning, an LCD TV, a coffee table, and a satellite receiver, with direct access to the pool terrace. The American-style kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans, and glasses.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master): 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, vanity table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and toilet.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, vanity table, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Pool & Terrace

Pool Dimensions: Length 10 m, Width 3.5 m, Depth 140 cm. The pool area is secluded and not visible from outside. The terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a table and chairs, a pergola, and a barbecue.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in time for all our villas is at 16:00 on the arrival day. Check-out time is at 10:00 on the departure day. We kindly ask you to adhere to these times, as cleaning is performed between these hours. Please note that early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. The villa will be inspected 10 minutes before check-out, and the deposit will be refunded provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay period are subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. Complimentary cleaning is provided once per week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, is available upon request for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our villas have secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should be expected.
