Villa Tan features separate swimming pools for adults and children. Cool off in the large 8x4 meter open swimming pool and the 4 m² children's pool. The garden offers lawn areas, olive trees, sun loungers, parasols, a seating group, hammock, swing, fireplace, and barbecue facilities. Parking is available for vehicles.

Capacity & Comfort

With a capacity of 4 guests, the villa offers spacious and stylish living areas. It is a perfect choice for families and groups of friends. Enjoy extra amenities like a jacuzzi in one room, a sauna, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

Kitchen

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.

The comfortable living room features a seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and access to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

• First Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, jacuzzi, and access to the pool terrace.
• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and air conditioning.

Additional features include a shared WC-bathroom and sauna. Towels and duvet sets are provided in all bedrooms.

Internet & Security

Unlimited Wi-Fi: Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection is provided, subject to the region's infrastructure.
Security Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected upon check-in and refunded at check-out if no damage occurs.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.

General Terms

• Pets: Pets are allowed on the condition that they bring their own bed, are not allowed on the villa's beds or sofas, and do not enter the pool. A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL and a damage deposit of 5,000 TL apply.
• Holiday Periods: Minimum stay during holiday weeks is 5 nights.
