Located approximately 12 km from the center of Kalkan, the villa features a private pool, a spacious garden, and luxurious touches that make it an inviting retreat all year round.

Accommodation & Room Details

The villa comprises one bedroom and one bathroom, with a maximum capacity of two adults. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed to accommodate two adults and one child. A baby cot is also available for families with infants. With these features, the villa is an ideal choice for couples and small families.

• Private Swimming Pool: A private pool measuring 8 meters in length, 3.5 meters in width, and 1.55 meters in depth, shielded from outside view for total privacy.
• Heated Indoor Pool: Available as a heated pool during the low season (October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May, and June). Pool heating is complimentary from December 27 to March 15; at other times, it can be arranged upon request for an additional fee of 1250 TL per day.
• Jacuzzi: A private bathroom designed with a sauna and hammam concept for a luxurious experience.
• Spacious Garden & Barbecue: The garden features a barbecue corner and a swing, perfect for relaxation and leisure.
• Modern Conveniences: Air conditioning, TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and kitchen utensils are all provided.
• Family-Friendly: A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided upon request.
• Parking: Private parking is available on the property.

General Terms

• Check-in – Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Deposit: A deposit of 4000 TL is required at the start of your stay; it is refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required; for shorter stays, an additional fee of 4000 TL applies.
• Children & Pets: Children are welcome; pets are not allowed.
• Natural Setting: As the villa is set in nature, you may encounter butterflies, insects, and flies in the surroundings. This is part of the region's natural environment.
