General Terms & Conditions

• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. It will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damage, loss, or breakage occurs.
• Pool Heating: Available upon request at an additional cost of 1,500 TL per day, charged for each day of stay. Requests must be communicated to the host at least 3 days in advance.
• Minimum Stay & Cleaning Fee: For reservations shorter than the minimum stay requirement, an extra cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies.
