Velaris Villa provides a spacious and comfortable stay with its 4 bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. Each meticulously designed room offers a peaceful environment for sleep and relaxation. The first bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed, nightstands, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom, while the other three bedrooms on the first floor offer similar comfort. One of these is arranged as a twin room with two single beds. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Amenities & Services

• Pool & Garden: The private pool measures 14 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters. A heated pool option is available for an additional fee of 2000 TL per day. Pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Luxurious Details: The jacuzzi, sauna, and hamam are among the special relaxation areas offered by the villa.
• Technology & Comfort: All modern needs are met, including Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, and an iron with ironing board.
• Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and all kitchen utensils. An outdoor area is also designated for barbecue enthusiasts.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required against any potential damages during the stay.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. An additional fee of 10,000 TL applies for shorter reservations.
• Children & Pets: The villa is suitable for children, but pets are not allowed.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, and LPG gas usage are included. Pool and garden maintenance are also performed regularly.
• Excluded Services: Extra cleaning, transportation services, staff, and additional beds are not included in the price.
