Overlooking the endless blue of the Mediterranean, Waratah Villa is a luxurious and spacious family retreat located in the Kızıltaş district of Kalkan. Known for its stunning natural beauty and breathtaking sea views, this villa offers an unforgettable holiday experience. With its minimalist and elegant design, the villa accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends.
Designed for maximum comfort, Waratah Villa also features a dedicated games room equipped with a table tennis table, a foosball table, and a treadmill, ensuring fun and relaxation for all ages.

Important Information: Weekly pricing for Waratah Villa is quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Please note that an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies for stays of 7 nights or less.

- Pest Control: All our villas in natural settings are regularly fumigated. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible due to the surrounding environment.
- Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily.
- Privacy: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
