Kitchen & Dining Areas

The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in hob, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine, electric kettle, pot and pan sets, and a 12-piece dinner set.

Living Room

The spacious and comfortable living room offers sea and nature views. It is furnished with a seating group, LCD satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and a 12-person dining table. There is direct access to the pool terrace from the living room and an additional WC.

Pool & Garden

Enjoy your private pool, measuring 13 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.65 meters in depth. The villa also has access to the owner's private beach and pier, complete with sun loungers and shaded seating areas.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean and hygienic. Cleaning service is provided once a week. For extra cleaning or refreshment requests, our staff can provide new sheets, pillowcases, and cleaning services for an additional fee.

Deposit

A security deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage or loss, the villa will be inspected 10 minutes before your departure and the deposit will be refunded.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 16:00 onwards.
• Check-out: By 10:00 at the latest.

Please adhere to these times, as early check-in requests cannot be accommodated.

General Terms & Conditions

• Road Information: The villa is accessible via an approximately 200-meter unpaved (stabilized) road before the entrance.
• Pool Heating: External pool heating can be activated for a weekly fee of 22,500 TL.
• Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is strictly by 10:00. Early check-in is not available.
