Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Living Area

The living room features a seating group, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table, with direct access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and toaster. A dining table and all necessary tableware (cutlery, pots, pans, glasses) are provided.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

The villa is delivered in a clean and hygienic condition. Weekly cleaning service is provided. Optional additional cleaning and linen changes are available for a fee, subject to villa management.

General Terms

• Security Deposit: A deposit is required at check-in and is refunded after inspection, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Check-in: From 16:00 on arrival day. Early check-in requests may not be accommodated due to cleaning and preparation.
• Check-out: By 10:00 on departure day. A final inspection takes approximately 10 minutes before the deposit is returned.
• Privacy Notice: While pools are in protected areas, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed; there is approximately a 5% visibility allowance.
• Terrain: Kalkan is known for its hillside structure and steep slopes. All holiday rentals require uphill access.
