A security deposit is taken upon check-in. It is refunded 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage or loss.

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Please inform us in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests.
• Pool Safety: A 100% non-visibility guarantee cannot be given for our enclosed pools; there is an approximate 5% margin of avoidance.
