The villa is delivered clean and hygienic. Cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning and requests for new sheets and pillowcases are subject to a fee.

• Deposit: A deposit is taken upon check-in and is refunded 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is after 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Please inform us in advance for early check-in or late check-out requests.
• Pool Safety: A 100% privacy guarantee cannot be given for our sheltered pools; there is approximately a 5% chance of visibility.
