Located approximately 15 km from Fethiye city center, the villa is set amidst the cool waters of Kargı Creek and fragrant orange groves. The area is also home to the Günlük (Liquidambar) tree forest, a species unique to Turkey. For a seaside escape, Karaot Beach is within easy reach, perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the region.

General Terms
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Reservations shorter than 5 nights are subject to an additional fee of 4,000 TL.
- Pets: Only dogs are accepted, with an additional fee of 5,000 TL. Cats are not permitted.
- Pool Slide: The water slide operates between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
