Yeşim Villa

Located in the Kalkan Kördere region of Ordu, our magnificent sea-view villa offers 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. The expansive garden of Villa Mega features an infinity pool, sun loungers, a swing, a dining table with scenic views, and a barbecue. Inside this luxurious and modern villa, you will find a jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and a game room equipped with billiards, foosball, and a pool table. Kitchen

The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dining table, dinner set, and cooking utensils.

Living Room

The living room offers stunning sea views and features a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Pool

Pool dimensions: 11 meters x 3.5 meters, with a depth of 1.55 meters. Note that the last 600 meters of the road to the villa is a steep incline.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in natural settings, are regularly sprayed. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. There is always a 5% margin of privacy variance.
