• Cleaning and tidying are done once a week
• Minimum stay: 3 nights; an additional cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies for stays shorter than 7 nights
• The last 23 meters to the villa are concrete road
• The villa has two floors; the host resides on the ground floor
• Access to the pool terrace is via stairs (25–30 steps in total)
