Located in Kalamar, Kalkan, our villa is a unique 4-bedroom, 8-person property with a bespoke design. This spacious villa offers breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool, a well-kept garden, and a private parking area on a 560 m² plot.

Kalamar Bay provides uninterrupted sea views from every level. Villa Yüksel is a 5-minute walk from Kalamar Cove, 10 minutes by car from Kaputaş Beach, and 15 minutes from Patara Beach. Daily amenities such as markets, grocery stores, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk.

Kitchen

The large, L-shaped kitchen features a central island and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, water dispenser, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses.
