The Hotel Puerta América, a luxury 5-star hotel located close to Madrid city centre, is a space that invites people to dream. A project that has brought together nineteen of the best architect and designer studios in the world and boasts the work of three Pritzker Prizes, the Nobel of Architecture – (Norman Foster, Zaha Hadid and Jean Nouvel). The Puerta America is located on Avenida de América, just five minutes from the exclusive Salamanca district (business and shopping area), perfectly connected to the airport and the IFEMA exhibition center by metro and bus.

The Hotel Puerta América has seven different types of rooms on twelve floors, boasting a wide range of options for luxury accommodation in Madrid. Each of the twelve floors has been designed by a different architect or designer, making the Puerta América a wonderful contrast and mix of personalities.

Accommodation

DELUXE ROOMS

Ten spectacular and unique interior room designs located between 2nd and 11th floor. Offering two bed types: double (Queen size) or two singles (twin/Queen Bed with two mattresses). All the rooms have large windows with panoramic views of the city. The floor and the bed type are assigned at the check-in and whenever possible you will be able to choose the floor you prefer. To help you with the choice we will provide you a photo display at the Front Desk.

SPACE CLUB ROOM BY ZAHA HADID

Located on the first floor, with large panoramic windows, the incredible rooms designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid stand out for their fluidity and their daring line play. Spaciousness and cleanliness brought by the white colour of the floor and walls give the feeling of being in a science fiction film. There are also three completely black rooms (subject to availability). They have a queen bed and a spacious bathtub.

JUNIOR SUITES

The Junior Suites have ten different stunning interior designs and are located at both ends of the corridor between 2nd and 11th floor. They have a large separate lounge with a semi-circular window from floor to ceiling, offering panoramic views of the city. The floor and the bed type are assigned at the check-in and whenever possible you will be able to choose the floor you prefer.

JUNIOR SUITES SPACE CLUB BY ZAHA HADID

The two Junior Suites by Zaha Hadid are located on the first floor. A space that stands out for its white colour, fluidity and the play of bold lines. They offer a separate lounge with a spectacular semi-circular window from floor to ceiling, with panoramic view of the city.

EXECUTIVE SUITE BY JEAN NOUVEL

The fabulous Executive Suites are located on the 12th floor, they are distributed in: a bedroom, lounge, dressing room and bathroom. They offer large windows with impressive panoramic views of the skyline of Madrid. The peculiarity of these Suites is the ability for guests to become the architect of their own space, since the walls are mobile screen printed panels and space can be distributed as desired. You can choose two color themes: black and white.

SENIOR SUITE BY JEAN NOUVEL

The two extraordinary Senior Suites are located on the 12th floor. They offer: a spacious bedroom, lounge, dressing room, fully fitted bathroom and a toilet. You may choose between two colour and themes: black and white. They also have large windows with breathtaking views of the skyline of Madrid and the surrounding mountains.

PRESIDENTIAL SUITE BY JEAN NOUVEL

The two fantastic Presidential Suites are closer to heaven than Earth. Located at the end of the 12 th floor, they offer: two bedrooms (one with a large curved window from floor to ceiling), two fully fitted bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a lounge and a large meeting room or dining room. You may choose between two colours and themes: black and white. These Suites also have spectacular panoramic views of the skyline of Madrid and the surrounding mountains.

Haute cuisine with spectacular views

The spectacular top floor offers a fascinating proposal to enjoy the breathtaking views of the city skyline. The Observatory, an original gastronomic space that surprises with Europe's largest interior vertical garden; a daring and welcoming design with fantastic pieces of furniture powered by a selected menu of delicate and delicious starters that give way to an exquisite variety of seafood.

Parking is free for the client, we also offer valet parking.

Karrara Terrasse

A contemporary space

In the magnificent terrace of the modernist Marmo Bar, stands out Karrara Terrasse, an urban oasis of Italian design inspired by offering an avant-garde and elegant garden terrace with a covered area, functional all year round and all day, perfect to taste a tempting gastronomic offer with seasonal products, and a wide open space to relax and enjoy the best after-work having a drink in a unique atmosphere under the jewelled sky of Madrid.

The Marmo Bar is adapted to the needs of the business day, perfect for small meetings accompanied by coffee or a careful selection of snacks; when the day falls, the sunset with a cosmopolitan and elegant feel, is the best time to taste a selected menu of oysters and champagne. And in the evenings let yourself be surprised by its fine cocktails.

MAD Restaurant

Positive energy

Designed by Christian Liaigre, the MAD Restaurant, located in the mezzanine of the hotel, recreates an atmosphere full of light and colour to start the day in a positive and dynamic way enjoying a wide and varied breakfast buffet: Iberian, eggs, cheese, fruits, juices, yoghurts, cereals and pastries.

It can also accommodate lunches or private dinners with a capacity of up to 120 people.
