Sports/Entertainment The hotel offers a children's pool. For those wishing to enjoy some exercise, beach volleyball and volleyball are offered onsite. Those who enjoy watersports can have fun with windsurfing, sailing and aquafit.

In addition, a gym and table tennis are available to guests. The hotel offers a range of wellness options, including a spa, a hammam and massage treatments, or for an additional fee, a steam bath. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals The hotel offers a wide range of bookable meals and board options, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and half board. (05-Jun-22 to 15-Sep-22 - Please note: Closing separate building cluster for full renovation for 92 guest unites, including 86 rooms, 6 junior suites and 2 superior suites. (works doesn’t impacting any other guest rooms’ building). Closing Spa for full renovation and the massage service will be offered in the area of the Olympic swimming pool (Palm Side). Full renovation for Coral restaurant (Beach Side) with resuming all services and Meals will be offered in both Italian Restaurant (Beach Side) and La Palma Restaurant (Palm side).

The a la cart menus will be served at the Oriental Restaurant. (12-Sep-22 to 26-Sep-22 - Refurbishment/maintenance pool area (27-Sep-22 to 3-Oct-22 - Please note that 3 swimming pools in Palm section will be functioning and all guests are welcomed to use them. Kindly be informed, Spa renovation at Novotel Beach will be extended until the 31st of October 2022. No show will be charged 1 night stay during normal/low season and 50% of total stay during high/peak season.

Bookings including children will be based on sharing parents bedding, no separate bed for children is provided unless otherwise stated. GALA dinner added in the yield of all markets except GCC, MENA. Existing reservation cannot be cancelled and rebooked under lower promotion.

Kindly note that any bookings or guests related to the COP-27 Conference from 15-10-2022 till 21-11-2022 (inclusive), COP-27 rates and conditions will apply as per Egyptian Hotel Association and will be charged on spot directly by the hotel. NOTE: Please note that the Hotel’s Coral Restaurant in the Beach Wing will be closed as of Thursday, August 3rd, 2023, for urgent renovation to be up to the hotel’s distinguished guests’ expectations. Guests’ meals will be served in the VIP Lounge located in the Palm side of the hotel across the road ( at a walkable distance of 163m along with an available golf cart escorting service upon request ).

As follows: Breakfast from 06:30 till 10:00 Lunch from 12:30 till 15:00 Dinner from 18:30 till 21:30 Alternatively, guests still have access to have their meals in our a-la-carte restaurants; Prior reservation for lunch and dinner at Guest Relations Desk (located at Reception Beach) is required. Besides a bakery corner at the Pool bar (Beach Wing) at breakfast time for our guest’s convenience starting from 07:00 am till 12:00 pm.
