Fethiye Tuna Villa

This private, conservative-friendly villa is located in Ovacık, Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, offering a secluded pool area ideal for families and groups seeking privacy. With its spacious pool terrace and garden, it provides a peaceful retreat away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. The pool and terrace are enclosed by a retractable canopy system, ensuring privacy from surrounding areas. This is an excellent choice for those looking for a tranquil, sheltered holiday experience. The villa boasts spacious interiors and a modern design, welcoming you for a comfortable stay.

Note: For larger groups, our adjacent villa, Villa Tuna 1, can also be rented simultaneously (subject to availability), allowing up to 16 guests to holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and access to the pool terrace.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

Enjoy a private, sheltered swimming pool, a dedicated garden area, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, BBQ grill, a dining set for 6, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by our staff.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m, Length: 11.50 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 on arrival day; check-out is at 10:00 on departure day. Early arrival is not possible as cleaning is conducted during this time. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a property inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage or missing items.
• Minimum Stay / Extra Cleaning Fee: For stays shorter than the minimum duration, an additional cleaning fee may apply if the request is accepted.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleanings, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas. However, due to the natural setting, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% visibility margin should be considered.
