This modern villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. With its private garden and inviting pool, it is a truly eye-catching property, meticulously decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.

Note: For families or groups wishing to stay together, similar villas are available right next door. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy your holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is part of the ground floor living area. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, wardrobe, and direct access to the pool terrace.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, vanity table, wardrobe, and nightstands.
• Bedroom 3: Features two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, a shared bathroom (accessible from the hall), and access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by our staff, early in the morning.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m, Length: 11.5 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day. Check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. As cleaning is conducted between these times, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a property inspection 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: A minimum stay period applies. Requests for shorter stays may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean to you. Weekly cleaning is provided free of charge. Additional cleaning services, including fresh linens and pillowcases, can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the surrounding environment. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Notice: For villas with more enclosed pool areas, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
