• Charter rates are for a full week (7 days) and include the yacht, crew, and standard equipment.
• Fuel, food, beverages, and mooring fees are not included unless otherwise agreed.
• A security deposit is required at embarkation; it is returned in full upon disembarkation if no damage occurs.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas; please respect the yacht's interior.
• Pets are not permitted on board.
• Check-in is typically after 15:00 and check-out by 10:00 on the final day.
• Cancellation policy: 50% deposit required to confirm; full payment due 30 days before departure. Cancellations made 30+ days prior receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee; no refunds within 30 days.
• Children are welcome, but must be supervised by adults at all times, especially near water and equipment.
