Paris Villa

Nestled within a lush, expansive garden in a stunning location, this exclusive villa features unique architecture and a modern design that will make you feel truly privileged. With four spacious and elegant bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, you can unwind and enjoy quality time away from the year's fatigue.

Living Room

Designed as an open-plan living/dining area and located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for six, and access to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is integrated with the living area on the ground floor. It comes fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your holiday.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The outdoor area features a private swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, a dining set for six, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by our staff in the early morning hours.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 5.00 m, Length: 10.00 m, Depth: 1.60 m.
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM; check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning is performed during this period.
• Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. It is returned after a brief inspection just before your departure, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay / Extra Cleaning Fee: A surcharge for extra cleaning may apply for stays shorter than the minimum requirement.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible in the natural surroundings.
• Privacy Note: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
