Buket Villa – A Private & Conservative Retreat in Ölüdeniz

Located in the serene Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, the Buket Villa offers a conservative and secluded holiday experience. With its spacious pool terrace and lush garden, it provides an ideal escape from the city's noise and traffic. The single-story villa features 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a perfect choice for families with children.

Thanks to its layout, the pool and terrace are completely shielded from outside view, ensuring utmost privacy for those seeking a conservative luxury stay. If you are traveling with a larger group, similar villas are available right next door, allowing you to rent multiple units together for a shared holiday, subject to availability.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is located on the ground floor and seamlessly connects to the pool terrace. It is equipped with a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, and air conditioning. A bathroom is also located on this floor for convenience.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential kitchen appliances and cookware needed throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and nightstands. Access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room) and the pool terrace.

Pool & Terrace

The private pool terrace includes a main swimming pool, a separate children's pool, and a private garden. Guests can enjoy sun loungers, umbrellas, a dedicated sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is carried out by our staff every morning.

Pool Dimensions: 3.50m (width) x 11.5m (length), with a depth of 1.40m.

General Conditions

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a quick inspection 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: A minimum stay requirement applies. If a shorter stay is approved, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. A standard cleaning is provided free of charge once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: The pool and garden are maintained daily. Although all our villas are regularly sprayed, the natural setting may still attract butterflies, insects, or flies.
• Privacy: While the pool is private, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility. A 5% margin of visibility should be considered due to the natural surroundings.
