Prestij Garden Villa

Prestij Garden Villa is a modern, private pool villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, designed for conservative and large families seeking a peaceful retreat. Every detail has been considered to ensure a delightful holiday experience. The villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests, offering a secluded and tranquil atmosphere. Set within a spacious garden, this unique villa boasts generous living areas and a large pool that can be fully enclosed thanks to its retractable canopy system, making it an ideal choice for conservative families. Escape the noise and chaos of the city and enjoy a peaceful holiday with your loved ones in our villa.

Note: For larger families and groups, our adjacent villas, Villa Prestij Amintas, are also available. Subject to availability, both villas can be rented simultaneously to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, access to the pool terrace, and a guest WC.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private enclosed swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a BBQ (grill), a table and chairs for 6, and parking. Pool and garden maintenance is performed early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 5.50 m, Length: 10.50 m, Depth: 1.60 m.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day. Check-out time is 10:00 AM on the departure day. As the villa is cleaned during this period, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded after the villa is inspected 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum duration is accepted, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged by our staff for a fee, including fresh linens and pillowcases.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the environment. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our pool villas are private, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% margin should be considered.
