Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is situated on the ground floor and comes fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, nightstand, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private pool terrace includes a swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily by our staff in the early morning hours.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 4.00 m, Length: 6.00 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is at 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. As cleaning is performed between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided no damage, breakage, or loss has occurred.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a weekly cleaning service is provided free of charge. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas. Despite this, due to the natural surroundings, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: While our villas offer private pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy at all times; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
