Pool & Terrace

The private swimming pool measures 10 meters in length, 5.5 meters in width, and has a depth of 150 cm. The spacious pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue area, a swing, a seating area, and an outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa undergoes cleaning during this period.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It is fully refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered in a clean condition and includes one complimentary cleaning service per week. Extra cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: The pool and garden are maintained daily. Although all our villas are regularly sprayed, the natural setting may still attract butterflies, insects, or flies.
• Privacy: While our villas offer a private setting, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion; there is always a 5% possibility of being seen from outside.
