• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, bedside tables, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and a fantasy window.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, air conditioning, bedside tables, and a wardrobe.

Living Area & Garden

The living room is furnished with stylish, clean, and practical items arranged for your comfort. Enjoy your breakfast indoors or outside in the garden, surrounded by birdsong.

Note: There is a separate apartment on the ground floor of the villa, where the owner's mother resides. The villa and the apartment have completely independent entrances.

General Information

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly treated against pests. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the surrounding area.
• Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: While our villas feature sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
