Likya Ruby Villa

This conservative, private villa with jacuzzi is located in Ovacık, Ölüdeniz, a district of Fethiye. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. Being a single-storey property with a spacious pool terrace, it is a great choice for families with children. Thanks to its layout, the pool and pool terrace are secluded and not visible from the surroundings, making it a suitable option for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas together to enjoy a joint holiday.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is combined with the living room and is situated on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and electronic appliances to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, vanity unit, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace: Includes a private swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, sunbathing area, swing, and BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning, with regular care provided daily by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. As cleaning takes place between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please adhere to the stated times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. If no damage, breakage, or loss occurs, the deposit is refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum duration is accepted, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning session is provided per week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our villas offer secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility at all times; a 5% margin of visibility may exist.
