Patara Serenity Villa

Patara Serenity Villa is a conservative, private villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. With its spacious pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. Being a single-story property with a large pool terrace, it is a perfect choice for families with children. Thanks to its location, the pool and terrace are secluded and not visible from the surroundings. It is an excellent option for guests seeking a conservative luxury villa with a jacuzzi.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is designed as part of the living area on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, vanity table, wardrobe, and nightstands.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, and a bathroom (shared with the living room) with access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace and Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning, with regular care provided by our staff every day.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m, Length: 11.5 m, Depth: 1.40 m.
• Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Since cleaning is performed between these times, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please adhere to the specified times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure.
• Minimum Stay and Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration, if approved, are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning is provided per week. Additional cleaning, new linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for a fee.
• Pool and Garden Care: All our villas in natural settings are regularly treated against pests. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surroundings is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While our villas offer secluded pools, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; there is always a 5% margin of exposure.
