Nestled in the serene village of Hacıoğlan, Kalkan, our modern villa offers a tranquil escape for up to 6 guests, with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Opened for the first time in 2024, the property is surrounded by nature, promising an unforgettable holiday far from the noise and pace of the city. With its spacious pool terrace and lush green garden, it is also an ideal choice for families with children. We invite you to experience peace and tranquility in our villa, equipped with all the home essentials you may need throughout your stay.

Check-in & Check-out

• Times: Check-in is available after 16:00 on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on your departure day.
• Early Arrival: Please note that we cannot accommodate early arrivals, as the villa is being cleaned during this period. We kindly ask you to adhere to the designated times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded after a quick inspection 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Additional Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accepted, subject to an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Housekeeping: The villa is delivered in a spotless condition. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an additional charge.
• Pool & Garden Care: As our villa is located in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.
• Privacy Note: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. Please be aware there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
