Patara Fiesta Villa

Patara Fiesta Villa is a secluded, conservative-friendly villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, within the district of Fethiye. Offering a spacious pool terrace and garden, it is an ideal retreat away from the city's traffic and noise. The single-story villa features 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Thanks to its layout and expansive pool terrace, it is particularly well-suited for families with children. The villa's design ensures that the pool and terrace are private and not visible from the surroundings, making it an excellent choice for guests seeking a conservative, luxury villa with a jacuzzi.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy your holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. It includes a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is designed as part of the living area on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronic goods to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, vanity table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, vanity table, wardrobe, and bedside tables.
• Bedroom 3: Features 2 single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and access to a bathroom (shared with the living area). It also offers access to the pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private pool terrace includes a swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance are carried out early in the morning by our dedicated staff.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50m, Length: 11.5m, Depth: 1.40m
• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the departure day. As the villa is cleaned during this period, we cannot accommodate early arrivals before your designated check-in time. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items, the deposit will be refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay duration are accepted, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean to you, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. If you request extra cleaning, it can be arranged by our staff for a fee, and new linens, pillowcases, etc., can be supplied for a charge.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed for pests. Despite this, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: While we strive for privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility for villas with private pools. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
