Likya Pearl Villa

Likya Pearl Villa is a private, conservative-friendly villa with a jacuzzi, located in the Ovacık district of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Set within its own pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal retreat away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace make it a particularly suitable choice for families with children. Thanks to its positioning, the pool and terrace are secluded and not visible from the surrounding area, offering complete privacy for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this property. Subject to availability, you can rent multiple villas simultaneously to enjoy your holiday together.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Amenities include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and electronic goods to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, bedside tables, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and access to the shared bathroom (shared with the living room).

Pool Terrace & Garden

The private pool terrace includes a swimming pool, private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ (barbecue). Pool and garden maintenance is performed early in the morning by our staff on a daily basis.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. As cleaning takes place between these hours, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Please adhere to these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or losses, the deposit will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: For requests shorter than the minimum stay period, an additional cleaning fee will apply if the request is accepted.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. If you require extra cleaning, our staff can arrange it for an additional fee, including fresh linens and pillowcases.

Pool & Garden Care: All our villas, situated in nature, are regularly sprayed for pest control. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Note: While our villas offer a high degree of seclusion, we cannot guarantee 100% non-visibility. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
