Located in Ovacık, Fethiye, one of Turkey's most beautiful holiday destinations, Villa Reyhan 2 offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature in the heart of Ölüdeniz. This spacious villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and provides a serene atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.

Guests can enjoy the privacy of the villa's own swimming pool or take a short trip to the world-famous beaches of Fethiye for sunbathing and swimming. The villa's garden also features a sun terrace and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. As Villa Reyhan 1 and Villa Reyhan 2 are adjacent, they are an excellent choice for extended families or groups traveling together.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a dressing table.
• Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, air conditioning, a dressing table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a private sun terrace, a jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Living Area & Kitchen

The bright and comfortable living room is furnished with a relaxing seating group, a dining table and chairs, a TV with satellite receiver, and a sink. Direct access leads from the living room to the pool terrace. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner built-in stove, built-in oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, toaster, cutlery set, a 6-person dinner set, pots and pans, and glassware for water and tea.

Pool & Garden

The private swimming pool in the villa's garden measures 7m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.55m. The garden also includes a sunbathing area, two sun umbrellas, six sun loungers, a garden seating group, and a barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance are performed once daily, either in the morning or evening.

General Information

All our villas, nestled in nature, are regularly treated against pests. However, due to the natural surroundings, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. While our villas are partially shielded, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin of exposure.
