Savoye Villa

Nestled in nature and offering privacy, Villa Savoye is a conservative-friendly villa with a private jacuzzi. Located in the Kalkan Ordu area, away from city noise, our villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. The secluded garden boasts a pool, sun loungers, a swing, a dining table, a barbecue, and a cozy seating area. Thanks to its sheltered layout, Villa Savoye is ideal for conservative nuclear families and honeymoon couples. One of the bedrooms also includes a jacuzzi, complementing the villa's modern design.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen makes you feel at home, equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room

The bright and spacious living room features a modern design with a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. Direct access leads from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Pool Information

The pool measures 8 meters by 3.5 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in natural settings, are regularly sprayed. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: While our villas have sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% seclusion. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered for these properties.
