• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Air-conditioned family room with 1 double bed, bedside tables, vanity unit, shared bathroom, and access to a balcony with 2 armchairs for enjoying the view.
• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned suite with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside tables, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned family suite with 1 double bed, private jacuzzi, bedside tables, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned family suite with 1 double bed, bedside tables, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 5 (Terrace Floor): Air-conditioned suite with 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, shared bathroom, and balcony with table and chairs.
• Bedroom 6 (Terrace Floor): Air-conditioned suite with 1 single bed and shared bathroom.

Living Area

The living room features a comfortable seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a fireplace, and a bathroom/WC. Direct access to the pool terrace is available from this area.

Kitchen

The spacious American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need:

• Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven
• Electric kettle, toaster
• Dinner set for 12 people, dining table for 10, cutlery set, and drinking glasses

Access to the pool terrace is also possible from the kitchen.

Pool & Garden

The private, sheltered swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. The garden includes the pool, sunshades, 8 sun loungers, a gazebo, and a barbecue area for pleasant outdoor moments. A sunbathing terrace is also available within the spacious, well-maintained private garden.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed against insects. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, bugs, flies, etc., is possible in the surrounding area. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we do not guarantee 100% invisibility; a 5% visibility margin should always be considered.

• An additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies for rentals of 7 nights or less.
