Nestled in the tranquil nature of Kalkan's Islamlar district, our villa offers a fully secluded private pool and a heated indoor pool, perfect for a peaceful escape. Ideal for honeymooners and families with children, the villa features a sauna, jacuzzi, and heated indoor pool for ultimate relaxation.

Note: Indoor pool heating is optional and available for an additional daily fee.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King-size bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables, vanity, private bathroom/WC, and direct access to the indoor pool & sauna.
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a private bathroom/WC.

Living Area & Kitchen

The elegant living room features a stylish seating group, TV, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, and an iron. Direct access leads to the pool terrace.

The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, 4-burner stove, and all necessary kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots, pans).

Pool & Outdoor Area

The private swimming pool measures 4 x 13 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. The pool terrace features a covered seating area, sun loungers, an outdoor dining set, and a barbecue.

The indoor pool measures 5 x 3 meters with a depth of 90 cm. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once daily in the morning.

• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas in nature are regularly sprayed; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible.
• Privacy: While our pool villas offer high seclusion, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin.
