Check-in & Check-out

Please review our standard arrival and departure procedures for a smooth stay:

• Check-in Time: 16:00 (4:00 PM) on the arrival day.
• Check-out Time: 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the departure day.
• As our team conducts thorough cleaning between stays, we cannot accommodate early arrivals before the designated check-in time.
• Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. Provided there are no damages, breakages, or missing items, the deposit is fully refunded after a brief property inspection 10 minutes before your check-out.
• Minimum Stay & Additional Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may incur an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Your comfort is our priority. The villa is delivered in pristine condition and includes a complimentary cleaning service once per week. Should you require additional cleaning or fresh linens (sheets, pillowcases), our dedicated staff can arrange this for a nominal fee.

Our villas are nestled in nature, and while we conduct regular pest control, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible in the surrounding environment.

• Pool & Garden Care: Daily maintenance is performed to keep the pool and garden in perfect condition.
• Privacy Note: While our villas feature sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. There is always a 5% margin for potential visibility from neighboring areas.
