One of the villa's most striking features is its private, sheltered swimming pool. In addition to the pool, measuring 4 meters wide, 8 meters long, and 1.5 meters deep, there is also a separate children's pool with a depth of 40 cm for the little ones. Moreover, the jacuzzi in the master bedroom adds a luxurious touch, while the sun loungers, dining table, and stone barbecue in the spacious garden invite you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out regularly every day.

Inside, a modern and stylish decoration awaits you. The American kitchen is fully equipped, meeting all needs with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, and built-in stove. The spacious living room features an LCD TV and satellite receiver, while all rooms have air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi access is also available throughout the villa. Each bedroom is carefully furnished, and the suite rooms have their own bathrooms and balconies.

• Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required.
• Short Stays: An additional fee of 3,000.00 TL applies for stays shorter than 5 nights.
• Included Services: Electricity, water, and gas usage; initial cleaning; pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Pool Privacy: Our sheltered pool does not guarantee 100% privacy; there is a 5% visibility allowance.
• Natural Environment: As the villa is set in nature, you may encounter creatures such as butterflies and insects; regular pest control is carried out.
• Access: The last 50 meters of the road leading to the villa is unpaved.
