Villa Arel Fethiye 2 is a private, conservative villa ideal for small families, located in the Çalış area of Muğla/Fethiye. The villa offers accommodation for up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Situated just 50 meters from public transport, our villa features a lush green garden, making it a perfect choice for honeymoon couples and nuclear families.

Villa Arel Fethiye 2 is a recent addition to our program and is a detached property boasting its own private swimming pool, a children's play area, and a garden Jacuzzi. The villa is located 3 km from Çalış Beach.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: This air-conditioned bedroom is ideal for younger guests. It includes 2 double beds, a wardrobe, nightstands, a vanity table, and access to a shared bathroom/WC.

Bedroom 2: This air-conditioned family bedroom features 1 double bed, a wardrobe, nightstands, a vanity table, and access to a shared bathroom/WC.

Living Area & Kitchen

The modern, fully equipped open-plan American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, toaster, Turkish coffee machine, a 4-burner stove, range hood, and a 4-person dining set with cutlery and cookware.

The living room features air conditioning, a seating group, an LCD TV with satellite receiver, a 4-person dining table and chairs, and direct access to the pool terrace.

Pool & Garden

The private swimming pool measures 7.40m x 3.40m with a depth of 1.50m. Pool and garden maintenance and cleaning are carried out once daily, either in the morning or evening, by our staff.

The garden area includes the private swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas, a Jacuzzi, a children's play area, a 4-person dining table under the veranda, a hanging swing, and a barbecue.

General Information

• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas, situated in nature, are regularly treated with pest control. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment is possible.
• Privacy: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
