Valley Villa is a private retreat nestled in nature, offering a conservative, family-friendly environment with a shallow pool and relaxing jacuzzi. Located in the Sarıbelen area of Kalkan, this villa is far from city noise and surrounded by scenic natural views. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 5 guests comfortably.

Thanks to its secluded and sheltered position, Valley Villa is a top choice for conservative families and honeymoon couples seeking privacy. The modern interior is decorated in light tones and includes a private jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

For families with children, the spacious garden offers fun activities including a ping pong table, foosball, and a slide.

Living Area & Kitchen

The bright and spacious living room reflects modern architecture and features a comfortable seating group, TV with unit, air conditioning, and internet access. A direct exit from the living room leads to the pool terrace.

The fully equipped American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, dining table, dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee machine, and toaster.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, private jacuzzi, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Features one double bed and one single bed, nightstand, dressing table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Pool & Garden

The swimming pool measures 4 meters by 8 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters. Garden and pool maintenance is performed daily to ensure a clean and pleasant environment.

General Information

As the villa is located in a natural setting, regular pest control is carried out across all our properties. Despite this, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible.

Privacy Note: While our villas are sheltered, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
