Patara Tiffany Villa is a private, conservative-friendly villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, Fethiye. Offering a spacious pool terrace and a secluded garden, it provides an ideal setting for a peaceful holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The single-storey villa features 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Thanks to its layout and large pool terrace, it is particularly well-suited for families with children. The pool and terrace are fully enclosed and not visible from the surroundings, making this an excellent choice for guests seeking a conservative, luxury villa with a private jacuzzi.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, direct access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, private jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, dressing table, and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing table, wardrobe, and nightstands.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstands, and access to the shared bathroom (with living room) and pool terrace.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, a children's pool, a private garden, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early each morning by our staff.

General Terms

• Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50m, Length: 11.5m, Depth: 1.40m
• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this period. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be fully refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum stay duration may be subject to an additional cleaning fee if approved.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning session is provided per week.
• Additional cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases can be arranged by our staff for an extra fee.
• All our villas, located in natural surroundings, are regularly fumigated. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies in the environment is still possible.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Note: While our pool area is secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% invisibility; a 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
