Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: A spacious suite design featuring a double bed, wardrobe, and makeup mirror. Includes a jacuzzi, bedside tables, coffee table, and a large balcony. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a WC.

Bedroom 2: Also a suite layout, furnished with one double and one single bed. Equipped with comfort amenities such as a wardrobe, makeup mirror, and jacuzzi. Includes a private bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The living room offers a stylish space with a comfortable seating group and a modern coffee table. It is equipped with a Wi-Fi modem, TV, and satellite receiver. Practical items like an iron, ironing board, and washing machine are also provided. Direct access leads to the pool terrace from this area.

Kitchen

The spacious American kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and range hood. A dining table with chairs for 4 people, a toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine complete the kitchen. Cutlery sets and glasses for 4 people are also available.

Garden & Pool

The sheltered swimming pool, set within a private garden, offers a perfect spot to enjoy your holiday. There is an ideal terrace for sunbathing, garden furniture, and a dining table for 4 people. A barbecue area, 3 sun loungers, and shower options are also available.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 on the arrival day, and check-out is at 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this time. Please respect these times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required at check-in. It is refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee is charged for stays shorter than the minimum stay period.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and one complimentary cleaning per week is included. Extra cleaning, new linens, and pillowcases can be provided by the villa staff for a fee.
• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural setting. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible.
• Privacy: For villas with sheltered pools, we do not guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin should always be considered.
