General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Boats are generally available for boarding on Saturday between 16:00 and 18:00. Return is expected by Friday evening at 17:00 at the latest.
• Payment Terms: 30% is required to sign the contract, and the remaining 70% is due at least 8 weeks before the charter.
• Security Deposit: 1,000 EUR for monohulls, 2,000 EUR for catamarans. Payable in cash or by credit card (Visa/Master). The deposit is refunded upon departure, less any costs for damage or loss. It does not cover the loss of the tender or outboard engine.
• Insurance: All yachts are fully insured against total loss and third-party liability up to the deposit amount. Loss of tender, kayaks, and other equipment is not covered by insurance. We strongly recommend taking out personal insurance for crew and their belongings.
• Skipper Requirements: A valid sailing license or proof of previous sailing experience is required.
• Formalities: A transit log is mandatory according to Turkish authorities. Please send us the necessary documents (passport details, nationality, date of birth) at least 1 week before the start of your charter. If sending documents by email, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
