Likya Gold Villa

This conservative, secluded villa with a private jacuzzi is located in Ovacık, near Ölüdeniz in Fethiye. With its pool terrace and garden, it offers an ideal setting for a holiday away from the city's traffic and noise. The villa features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.

Thanks to its single-story layout and spacious pool terrace, it is an excellent choice for families with children. The pool and terrace are private and not visible from the surrounding area, making it a suitable option for conservative families.

Note: For larger families or groups, similar villas are available right next to this one. Depending on availability, you can rent multiple villas together to enjoy your holiday as a group.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, access to the pool terrace, and a bathroom.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is combined with the living room and is located on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances for your stay.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, nightstands, vanity table, and wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, and nightstands. The bathroom is shared with the living room.

Pool Terrace

The pool terrace includes a private swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a swing, and a BBQ grill. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out early in the morning by our staff every day.

General Terms

• Check-in time: 16:00 (4:00 PM) on arrival day.
• Check-out time: 10:00 (10:00 AM) on departure day.
• Please note that we cannot accommodate early arrivals, as cleaning is performed between check-out and check-in times. Please adhere to the specified times.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after inspection of the villa, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss. The inspection takes place 10 minutes before your departure.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum duration is approved, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Cleaning & Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean. Free cleaning is provided once a week. If you require additional cleaning, our staff can arrange it for a fee, including fresh linens and pillowcases.

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed against insects. However, the presence of butterflies, bugs, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy: While our villas have private pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% visibility margin should always be considered.
