General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Charter typically begins at noon and ends at the same time the next day. Exact times are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the booking date; for cancellations made within a shorter period, 50% of the fee is refunded.
• Advance Payment: 50% of the total fee must be paid in advance to confirm the reservation; the remaining balance is due 15 days before departure.
• Children: Children can stay in the same cabin as adults; life jackets and safety equipment are provided.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Additional Fees: Fuel, food and beverages, port and marina expenses, special tours, and water sports equipment usage are not included in the fee.
