Princess Melda is a modern, conservative, and spacious family villa located in Ölüdeniz/Ovacık. Surrounded by nature and featuring a private pool, this villa offers a serene holiday experience with every detail thoughtfully considered. With 4 en-suite bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, you will enjoy a peaceful retreat amidst stunning natural scenery. Set within a large garden, the villa provides generous and airy living spaces.

Living Room

The open-plan living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor. Features include a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, a fireplace, access to the pool terrace, and a guest WC.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is designed as part of the living area on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to meet your needs throughout your stay.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and balcony.

Pool Terrace & Garden

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, a private garden, sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining set for 6. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily by our staff in the early morning hours.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on the arrival day; check-out time is by 10:00 AM on the departure day. As the villa is cleaned between these hours, we are unable to accommodate early arrivals.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a brief inspection 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: If a request for a stay shorter than the minimum duration is accepted, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean. A complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Additional cleaning, including fresh linens and pillowcases, can be arranged for a fee by our staff.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly treated against insects. However, due to the natural setting, the presence of butterflies, bugs, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy Note: For villas with enclosed pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% exposure margin should always be considered.
