Nerim Villa is a private pool villa located in Ovacık, Fethiye, just 5 km from the sea and beach. This spacious, conservative villa is ideal for families and friends seeking a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature, fresh air, and mountain views. Located close to Ovacık center and local markets, the villa offers a comfortable stay for up to 9 guests.

- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a vanity table.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

- Bedroom 4: Double bed, single extra bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
Living Area & Kitchen
The open-plan living area features a seating group, dining table and chairs, and an LCD TV with satellite receiver. Sliding doors lead directly to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable self-catering stay.
Pool & Garden
The private pool is exclusively for villa guests, surrounded by a spacious green garden with 8 sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor dining area with table and chairs.
General Terms
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 on arrival day; check-out is by 10:00 on departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. It is returned after a villa inspection 10 minutes before departure, provided there is no damage or missing items.
- Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: Requests shorter than the minimum stay may be accepted with an additional cleaning fee.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, with complimentary cleaning once a week. Extra cleaning, fresh linens, and pillowcases are available on request for an additional fee.
- Pool & Garden Care: The pool and garden are maintained daily. All villas are regularly treated against insects; however, butterflies, bugs, and flies may still be present due to the natural surroundings.
- Privacy Note: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; there is always a 5% exposure factor.
